We offer full refunds on products returned providing the following conditions have been met:

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date the customer receives their order. Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.

Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

For hygiene purposes Modibodi products cannot be returned if packaging has been opened. Due to their technical nature Speedo Fastskin swimwear cannot be returned once worn. 

Please follow these steps:

1. Simply go to the Swimwear Galore returns portal here.

2. Provide your order number and email address. Your order number can be found on your invoice and confirmation email. Follow the prompts to complete your return request and generate your free return shipping label.

Don’t have a printer? No problem! You can print your label at a Post Office. Present your Australia Post confirmation email and the staff will print your label.

3. Or if paying a visit to one of our Victorian stores is easier for you, you are welcome to bring in your online order to be returned in store. Please remember to bring in your invoice as your proof of purchase. View store locations here.

4. Once your return is received it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders purchased with a gift card, will be refunded with a replacement gift card.

Yes! Simply bring in your online invoice with the goods you wish to return or exchange, and we will process this for you on the spot!

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can easily return your order for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.

You can track your return via the Australia Post email sent for all Australian orders when your return label is generated. If you are having trouble locating your return tracking number, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number.

Please note: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the customers expense.

We do not offer free retrun shipping for international customers. We recommend using your countrys national postal service to find the most afforable return shipping option!

At this present time we do not have an exchange option for our international customers. You will need to simply place a new online order for your new size.

No - if you purchased a product in-store you will need to return it to one of our physical stores. Our warehouse unfortunately doesn’t have the facilities to process returns for in-store purchases; they can only process returns/exchanges for items purchased from the website. Sale items purchased in-store cannot be returned for exchange, credit note or refund.

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note from any of our 7 stores. You can return your purchase up to 30 days from the day you purchased it.

Simply bring in your online invoice with the goods you wish to return or exchange, and we will process this for you on the spot!

At Swimwear Galore we pride ourselves on stocking high quality swimwear, clothing and accessories but sometimes these things happen!

Swimwear Galore has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use.

All returned products must be in a new and unused condition, with swing tags still attached.

Please follow the steps below to correctly pack your wetsuit for return.

1. Lay the wesuit down flat.


2. Fold the lower section (legs) upwards from the waist.


3. Fold the arms over, across one another.


4. Place the now folded wetsuit into the package it arrived in. Ensure it is taped shut.


5. Follow the steps above to complete the return process.


Please do not fold any wetsuit vertically through the chest panel, as this will cause significant creasing. You should pack the wetsuit in the same way it originally arrived to you.

We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible however, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
