About The Role

As Swimwear Galore continues to be truly customer centric, we are seeking a data driven, customer obsessed and strategic Loyalty & CRM Specialist in a newly created role reporting to the Marketing Manager.  

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading the evolution and relaunch of our loyalty program, Summer Lovers Club. You will also own and manage strategies to drive new customers into the loyalty program. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop strategies for the Summer Lovers Club loyalty program. 
• Manage email communications and campaign deployments to drive revenue. 
• Create loyalty campaigns targeting acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell. 
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Implement omni-channel retention strategies. 
• Ensure on-brand and consistent email content. 
• Oversee audience segmentation and data unification for cross-channel integration. 
• Collaborate on innovative ideas to increase the customer database. 
• Forge strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition. 
• Recruit and maintain relationships with affiliate partners. 

Your kills & experience include:

• 3+ years in a similar Digital Marketing role 
• Proven results in developing and executing email campaigns and running loyalty programs 
• Solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation, and segmentation 
• Experience in tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Shopify, MS Excel and Customer Data Platforms. 
• Data driven, proactive, and the ability to problem solve 
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 
• A passion for swimwear and body confidence!

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced & passionate store manager to join the team at our flagship store in Fitzroy. You will be responsible for offering an exceptional customer service experience, as well as delivering the store’s financial targets and company key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a customer focused culture, ensuring a warm and meaningful in-store customer experience 
• Inspiring leadership & coaching of retail team, training & developing on retail standards
• Ensuring a strong store performance, where KPI’s and goals are being achieved
• Retail administration including store reporting, rostering, wage management 
• Leadership to ensure a safe, inclusive and harmonious work environment 
• Weekly reporting on KPI’s and identifying solutions which will help to increase team engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall results.
• Available to work Tuesday – Saturday roster.

Your Experience

• Demonstrate retail leadership experience (2-3 years) in a retail store management role
• Outstanding customer centric focus and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Empathy and maturity with customers; helping women find their perfect swimsuit at sometimes their most vulnerable.  Intimate apparel experience advantageous
• Budget management, financial report interpretation and effective roster management 
• Demonstrated experience in stock management  
• Some experience in visual merchandising & product placement 
• Passionate about swimwear styles & apparel
