Warehouse Manager
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our HQ warehouse operations in Oakleigh. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and continuously improving warehouse processes to support our growing business.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running an organised, efficient and positive workplace.
The Day In The Life
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy inbound and outbound warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and presentation standards are consistently met
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering growth and long-term engagement
- Set, monitor and report on KPIs across productivity, accuracy, dispatch timelines and team performance
- Build a high-energy, collaborative warehouse culture that reflects our brand values
- Partner closely with Marketing and Retail teams to support product launches, store replenishment, campaigns, pop-ups and peak trading periods
- Manage inbound deliveries, inventory accuracy, storage optimisation and dispatch operations
- Recruit, onboard and train full-time and casual warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with WHS, safety and operational best practices
The Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, stocktake processes, and warehouse systems.
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Experience managing safety, compliance, and WHS guidelines.
- A track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to success.
