The Role
We are seeking an experienced & passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our brand-new flagship store opening soon in Carlton North! You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience and collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve the store’s financial targets and key performance indicators.
The Day In The Life
- Sunday to Thursday, no late nights. Friday and Saturday are your days off!
- Driving a customer focused culture, ensuring a warm and meaningful in-store customer experience
- Inspiring leadership & coaching of the Retail team, training & developing on retail standards
- Contribute to a strong store performance, where KPI’s and goals are being achieved
- Retail administration including store reporting, stock management, customer feedback & team rostering
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive and harmonious work environment
- Assist with weekly reporting on KPI’s and identifying solutions which will help to increase team engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall results.
The Experience
- Retail leadership experience (minimum 2 years) in a retail store management role.
- Outstanding customer centric focus and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Empathy and maturity with customers; helping women find their perfect swimsuit at sometimes their most vulnerable. Intimate apparel experience advantageous.

Warehouse Manager
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our HQ warehouse operations in Oakleigh. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and continuously improving warehouse processes to support our growing business.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running an organised, efficient and positive workplace.
The Day In The Life
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy inbound and outbound warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and presentation standards are consistently met
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering growth and long-term engagement
- Set, monitor and report on KPIs across productivity, accuracy, dispatch timelines and team performance
- Build a high-energy, collaborative warehouse culture that reflects our brand values
- Partner closely with Marketing and Retail teams to support product launches, store replenishment, campaigns, pop-ups and peak trading periods
- Manage inbound deliveries, inventory accuracy, storage optimisation and dispatch operations
- Recruit, onboard and train full-time and casual warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with WHS, safety and operational best practices
The Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, stocktake processes, and warehouse systems.
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Experience managing safety, compliance, and WHS guidelines.
- A track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to success.
