When I ordered this I thought I was purchasing the Toshi swim hat which is made of nylon any lasting, material similar to a swimsuit and suitable for pool. The product that was delivered is a simple cotton sun hat which, in my view, is overpriced at $36. Luckily the returns process looks straightforward, easy and free so it won't be too much trouble to send it back and purchase the swim Toshi elsewhere.
